2017 Polaris RZR 900 EPS

This side-by-side wouldn’t start and had major water intrusion issues. Diagnosed the electrical problem to corroded wiring pins and relays which were replaced.

WoodMaxx American Landmaster wood chipper

A no-start condition led to finding rodent damage on the coil kill wire grounding it out and eventually killing the coil which was replaced.

Installed a new battery along with full maintenance on this UTV.

Replaced the headlight and performed repairs to get the machine going again for commercial use.

Kawasaki Mule 3010

This Mule has the notorious 3 foot long engine oil dipstick with 180* tube that gets corroded and stuck and the owner wasn’t able to check the oil.

Corroded Polaris UTV engine wiring harness connector pin repair

This machine had been submerged in water. Polaris had a few models that were notorious for terrible placement of the ECU and no waterproofing.

Polaris Ranger engine valve clearance check (0.017 is WAY TOO LOOSE!)

Standard maintenance that, if neglected, can cause burned exhaust valves if the clearance is too tight or poor starting/ driveability if too loose.

Polaris Ranger front axle replacement

A ripped CV boot and water/ dirt intrusion eventually made this axle start popping and near failure, so it was replaced.
